We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hot Tub Supplies. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging included. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at store@hottubbsupplies.shop  with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

All Chemical purchases are not returnable due to the nature of shipping. 

Please note that some items may be non-returnable, such as personalized or custom orders. Any items that are damaged or defective upon receipt will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
